The T Groove geometry creates a controlled deposition zone inside the rotor, ensuring cotton, viscose, modal and medium-to-fine blends are uniformly distributed and twisted. This translates to higher yarn evenness (lower CV%) and fewer thin/thick places — critical for target count production.

The T Groove’s geometry is calibrated for cotton, viscose, modal and medium-to-fine blends, delivering stable fibre separation and consistent yarn formation across the full Ne 16–40 (medium to fine) range.
